How We Built It
We built a product knowledge graph that maps the chemistry and compatibility relationships between all 240 products. The system understands which products can be combined, which surfaces they are safe for, and which application methods are required. Every recommendation is validated against the manufacturer specifications before being delivered to the customer. The system was tested with 140 automated test cases covering edge cases in product compatibility.
