The path
Fit call, then the paid Operational AI Diagnostic (typically $1,500-$5,000 + VAT, 5-10 business days), then a go / no-go gate, then Phase 1 and handover. You can stop clean at the gate and keep the map.
How far we go is your call
After the Diagnostic — never before — you choose the depth: stop clean, advise, co-build, build and hand over, or managed. These are not packages you pick from a menu; the Diagnostic tells us which the work actually needs.

Code, prompts, infrastructure and documentation, on your systems. No licence to keep paying for and nothing that stops working if you stop working with us.
