Most companies don't need another AI tool. They have several already, often paid for and barely used.
What they're missing is knowing where AI earns its place in their business and where it doesn't. That knowledge usually comes from expensive mistakes: the wrong workflow automated first, an assistant nobody trusts, a project that stalled when the one person who understood it left.
We've paid for those lessons by running our own company on AI. They are what you're really buying from us.
It's also why every engagement starts with a paid Diagnostic. We sit with the people doing the work, follow it through your systems and put a cost on what's slowing you down, in your own numbers. You get a short decision package: what the problem costs, what to fix first, what stays with your people, and what a build would involve.
Sometimes the answer is that AI isn't worth it for that problem. We say so, and you keep the map. A Diagnostic that ends with "don't build this" has still saved you money.
When the answer is yes, the Diagnostic fee is credited against the build if you go ahead within 30 days. Either way, you decide with the facts in front of you.
