These terms govern your use of the Aion Development Partners website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our AI operating-layer deployment services, you agree to these terms.
The Scope Builder on the audit page provides a non-binding indication for informational purposes only. It is not an offer, quotation, or commitment to deliver services at the displayed amount. The Operational AI Diagnostic fee and applicable VAT are confirmed in writing after a fit call. Any Build and Deploy scope, timing, and price are agreed separately in a Statement of Work. One hundred percent of the Diagnostic fee is credited against Phase 1 only if the deployment deposit clears within 30 days.
7.1 Acceptance of the Operational AI Diagnostic
The Diagnostic is complete when we deliver the written decision package described above. We will confirm delivery in writing.
You have ten (10) business days from that written confirmation to tell us in writing that anything named in the agreed scope is missing from the package. If you do, we will supply what is missing at no additional charge. If we do not hear from you within those ten business days, the Diagnostic is treated as accepted.
Acceptance is about whether the package contains what we agreed to deliver. It is not a judgement on whether you agree with our findings or choose to act on them — a recommendation you decide against is still a completed Diagnostic.
This describes the standard we apply. Where a signed Statement of Work or service agreement sets different acceptance terms for a specific engagement, that agreement governs.
